History

Hub'Air was established in 2001 to provide dedicated professional training to the airline industry and has since grown rapidly to become one of the foremost training establishments in Europe.

Hub'Air has always been head of the others in Belgium because it is driven by aeronautical experts always looking for new technologies or new methods to improve the quality of the training.

Innovations

Some of the innovations to be proud of :

  • First Flight Training Organization to own a FNPT2 in Belgium in 2001
  • First flight school, in Belgium, to teach ATPL in English in 2001
  • First Training center, in Belgium, to teach ATPL distance learning in 2002
  • First aviation flight school, in Belgium, to own and operate an FNPT2 MCC in 2003
  • First FTO, in Belgium, to order Diamond DA42 Diesel in 2004. Hub'Air was launch customer in Europe
  • First flight school, in Belgium, to order and operate simulator DA42
  • First FTO, in the world, to order and operate an MFTD Airbus A320 certified JAA STD2A-Level1. We are remaining so far, the sole operator world wide.
  • First aviation flight school, in Belgium, to order and operate a Cessna C172 G1000 with GFC700 in 2007.

Our facilities

Our main offices are located in Brussels, less than ten minutes from the airport. These house our groundschool and simulator complex. From here we offer our ATPL theory, IR, IR Renewal, MCC.

Type rating courses and full flight simulators training are conducted in Paris CDG, close to the airport at our brand new facilities.

For ab-initio pilots, VFR and basic IFR flight training takes place in Vero Beach (FL), USA while the IFR multi engine training is performed in Antwerpen Airport, Belgium.
